How long will shipping take?

Average production time 4 to 7 days to be processed and shipped.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for shipping
    • Envelope Mailers (USPS stamps, without tracking)
    • All other card orders (with tracking)

Damaged or order was not received?

If your order arrived damaged or did not arrive, please email admin@ivettespaperie.com with all of the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order Number
  • Date of purchase
  • Photos of damage (if damaged) 

Return Policy

All sales are final unless damaged, missing from shipping or incorrect. Prints are made to order, Ivette Davalos Paperie is unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
