Order minimums

must follow the MOQ based on product type.

• individual design MOQ:12
• bundle designs MOQ depending on pack size 
  
  • MOQ pack of 3 is 6
  • MOQ pack of 4 is 5
  • MOQ pack of 5 is 4

Payment

Invoices for orders will be sent via Square once order is ready to ship. Orders ship after payment is received. 

Ivette Davalos Paperie is not responsible for delays caused by unpaid invoices. If invoice is not paid within 7 days, order may be canceled and the inventory returned to circulation.

Fulfillment

Orders are typically ready to ship within 4 to 7 days.

During peak seasons, including January and holidays, please allow 10 to 14 days.

Product Packaging

All Greeting card designs include a plain white envelope and packaged in a protective back seal cellophane bag. 

Shipping

• All orders will include tracking and insurance.
• shipping is calculated by the postage provider based on weight, size, and distance. 
• Shipping costs will be added to the invoice to be reviewed before payment.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email. 
• Default carrier will be USPS unless another more economical option is available. 
  
• Local Delivery is available.
  • Local deliveries in North County San Diego will have shipping fees waived.
  • All South County San Diego will be a flat $5 shipping fee.

Returns and Exchanges

• Defective/ Damaged items may be exchanged within 5 days of delivery with photos provided.
• Unclaimed or returned packages are subject to the full shipping and handling costs incurred.
